Stubble Master 730 is designed for farmers and farm contractors for whom the agenda is stubble management. The machine is especially characterized by its high capacity and the perfect pulverization and spreading of the material.

 

With a 7.3 m working width, the Stubble Master 730 has a very large capacity. Up to 10 HA per hour with the appropriate size of the tractor is not at all unusual.

With the new Stubble Master series Spearhead has developed rotary mowers for professional work. The machine is specially developed to meet the high demands of the larger farmers and contractors, the keywords are high capacity, low cost and great quality of work.

 

The Stubble Master series include 3 models: 500, 730 and 910 with 5.0, 7.3 and 9.1 m working widths, respectively.

 

The patented blade system, StarCut, distinguished by a perfect grinding and very low power requirements. With forward speed of up to 15 kilometers per hour, this gives a very high capacity, thereby timeliness, and low operating cost.

HD 6 Six-blade configuration
The HD6 rotor is the preferred rotor for the operator who is working in rough and testing conditions such as those found in wet maize and corn fields or military training areas. Providing a fine mulch finish and increased cutting power in dense material the lower blade is angled slightly to provide the same close contact as the MP6 system. Based on the award winning MULTISTAR system found on Spearhead’s MULTICUT Range the HD6 is a development aimed specifically at extreme stubble mulching.

DELTA SANDWICH CONSTRUCTION, THE INTELLIGENT WAY!

All Stubble Master Series are designed after a completely new concept, Delta sandwich construction. The upper and lower deck is connected to the vertical gill plates that provides an extremely durable construction. In other words, the machine is built with the optimal balance of power in relation to material use.

 

 

In addition to the extreme strength in design, the Delta sandwich structure has a number of other advantages:

  • Possibility for rear fitted hitch, where trailed tillage equipment can be mounted
  • All cables and hydraulic hoses are securely integrated into the machine
  • The smooth exterior also speeds up the cleaning down of the machine post operation
