Strengthening Partnerships: A Memorable Visit from VOGT GmbH

At GreenTec, we prioritize strengthening every partnership. In week 5 of 2025, we had the pleasure of hosting our esteemed German importer, VOGT GmbH, during their annual sales conference. This visit was a testament to our strong and long-lasting relationship, which has flourished since 1998. We were honored to welcome all 50 VOGT employees to Kolding for a day of learning and building bridges.

The day began with a guided tour of our modern production facilities. Our owner, John Christensen, shared insights into our values, processes, and history in a uniquely Danish manner—standing atop an empty beer case. This tour provided an opportunity for both our employees and VOGT's team to connect on a personal level, fostering stronger relationships through face-to-face interactions.

The visit was not only informative but also a chance to share knowledge and understand each other's work culture. Over a traditional Danish lunch of smørrebrød, our teams engaged in meaningful conversations, further solidifying our partnership.

VOGT GmbH shares many of the same values as GreenTec, which is why our partnership remains robust. As a traditional, innovative, and quality-focused company, VOGT ensures that our shared values are communicated from production to the end user in Germany. Founded as a small smithing business in Schmallenberg, VOGT has grown into Germany's leading provider of professional landscaping technology. Now in its fourth generation, VOGT remains 100% family-owned and serves as a wholesaler, importer, and service partner for GreenTec in the German market.

A highlight of the day was when John and Wolfgang, the owners of GreenTec and VOGT respectively, shared the task of cutting and serving cake to all employees. This moment symbolized the unity and mutual respect between our companies. John also took the opportunity to speak about GreenTec's journey from humble beginnings as a sales office to becoming a modern, highly efficient manufacturing company.

We concluded the visit by sending our guests off with goodie bags and merchandise, celebrating our enduring relationship. We look forward to many more years of providing the best products and services to the German market.
