Order process for spare parts

Contact your dealer
We only handle orders for spare parts through our dealer network. Please, contact the dealer that you purchased the GreenTec products through and make an order for spare parts.
If the dealer has the spare parts on stock, you can pick-up them up immediately. Otherwise, the dealer has to order the spare parts from our warehouse.

Order confirmation
Once we have received the order for the spare parts from your dealer, we will send an order confirmation of our stock availability.

Packaging of order
We process the order and start packaging your spare parts so they are ready for pick-up.

Shipping of order
The order is shipped either to the dealer that you ordered the spare parts through or directly to you.
If you order before 14.00 CET, our warehouse can ship the order on the same day.
Fast delivery of wear parts
Although our machines are of the best quality, parts are needed when a saw blade, flail or other part has been worn down.
It is important that we deliver the parts as quickly as possible, so you can get back to work.
Time is money, and we strive to give the customer a good experience and quick dispatch of spare parts orders.
When you purchase parts that are specially designed for GreenTec machines, your machine will have the most optimal working conditions with high efficiency and long durability.
We have gathered the most common spare parts in kits. If you order a complete kit of spare parts, you will obtain additional economic benefits.
Purchase of spare parts must be through our dealer network. Please, contact your local dealer to purchase parts.

You can buy GreenTec spare parts at the dealer where you originally purchased the machines. If you bought a GreenTec product from a private reseller, please have a look at our dealer map to find a dealer near you.
When you place an order at your GreenTec dealer, have the following information ready:
- Serial number of the product
- Product model number
- Parts number and quantity
- Description
- Delivery instructions (e.g., within 4 days)
Please, use the archive of spare part books on top of the page. Use the filter to find your product and download the book for it. In the book, you will find a drawing that displays all the spare parts for the product. On the drawing, it will be easy to see the parts number for the component that you need.
Check spare parts availability at your local GreenTec dealer.
If the dealer does not have the spare parts on stock, we can ship the spare parts from GreenTec within the same day. However, we must receive the order before 14.00 CET and have the spare parts on stock.
The delivery time depends on transportation method and location. We offer express delivery if needed.
It depends on what you have arranged with us. Either the spare parts will be delivered to your dealer or directly at your address.
Please, contact your dealer if you have received incorrect spare parts for your product.
The dealer must fill out a form to return the spare parts.
Please, contact your dealer if the package has been damaged during transportation.
If you receive a package that has visible signs of damage during transport, it is important that you receive the package with reservations, or alternatively open the package while the shipping company's employee look on. If the contents have been damaged, a claim for damages must be made against the shipping company in question. The freight company's staff can help you make the compensation case. It is important that you immediately object to the condition of the package and do not acknowledge receipt without reservation.
