Return of goods
When returning goods and spare parts, download and fill out the return form.
The return form must always be attached to the return shipment, together with a copy of the original GreenTec purchase invoice. By default, the product must be intact, in unused condition and in the original packaging when returned.
If parts are requested to be returned by GreenTec under a possible warranty, the part is returned in the same condition as when the warranty was registered.
If, upon return, the item shows signs of having been used or has been damaged, the right to return is not lost for that reason, but the sender must expect to have to pay for the decrease in value.
(When returning goods, a fee of at least -10% of the price of the item is always charged. If the item is damaged or shows signs of having been used, an additional fee may be charged to cover the item's decline in value. The decline in value is assessed by GreenTec's spare parts department.)
The sender must cover the costs associated with returning the item themselves, and is responsible for the item until it reaches GreenTec. This also applies to warranted parts, and if the item is damaged or lost during transport back to GreenTec.

- All return shipments must be packed securely and with common sense of care.
- Electrical components cannot be returned in any other condition than unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
- Hydraulic components must always be returned sealed WITHOUT any fluids.
- Pickup in a parcel shop etc. is not considered a valid return shipping method.
- Returned goods sent without postage or as "package without distribution" will be refused receipt.
- GreenTec covers shipping costs for incorrect delivery of spare parts, and/or for returning parts and goods under warranty.
