GreenTec launches new rotary mower: Tiger sets new standards in flexibility and efficiency
Kolding, Denmark, 15/09 2025
The Danish machinery manufacturer GreenTec now presents its latest innovation: the Tiger rotary mower, available in the models Tiger 510 and Tiger 725 with working widths of 5.10 and 7.25 meters. The series’ chief designer is British engineer Martin Lole, founder of Spearhead, and it builds on more than 35 years of experience with rotary mowers. The result is a machine that combines high capacity, low energy consumption, and flexibility adaptable to any task.
The Tiger series will be showcased at Agritechnica 2025, the world’s largest agricultural machinery trade fair, marking another step in GreenTec’s ambition to deliver world-class solutions.
A new way of working
Tiger is equipped with a patent-pending mounting system that connects directly to the tractor’s lift arms. This makes the mower easy to attach, reduces the risk of PTO shaft damage, and results in a significantly smaller turning radius. At the same time, cutting height can be finely adjusted via the tractor’s front and rear lifts. The result is greater safety, improved operating economy, and faster workflows.
Another innovation is the GreenFlex Blade System, where the operator can choose between three blade types depending on the job: standard High Lift blades with low power requirement, Mulch blades for better shredding, or additional recycling blades that provide extremely fine chopping for faster decomposition. Each rotor can be fitted with up to six blades in total. This makes it possible to adapt the machine for everything from stubble management to set-aside and cover crops, without compromising capacity.
Built for high capacity
With a forward speed of up to 15 – 17 km/h, the Tiger can cover large areas in a short time. Switching from working to transport position takes only a few seconds via the tractor’s own hydraulics, making the machine both efficient in the field and practical on the road.
“Tiger has been developed with a focus on flexibility, safety, and economy,” says John Christensen, founder and product developer. “We have listened to our customers and created a machine that can be adapted to any task while remaining simple to operate and cost-effective.”
